I’m Preston Thomas, the guy behind Tirage. I’ve been making wine for over a decade including wines that scored a perfect 100 and were poured at White House dinners. But I wanted to make wine fun again.
Technically, “tirage” is the stage when sparkling wine gets its bubbles.
But for us, it’s more like when life gets its bubbles, that spark when a chill hang turns into a memory. You know, the “one more round?” kind of moment.

Is canned wine as good as bottled?
Sometimes even better. Our cans are sealed tight — no light, no air, no nonsense — keeping the wine as fresh as the day it was made. You’ll get all the aroma, body, and character of bottled wine, minus the corkscrew and pretense.
Do I need to chill the wine?
Chill is kind of our thing:
- White Cap (Bubbly White): crisp, bright, and made for golden hours. Enjoy ice-cold.
- Beach Day (Bubbly Rosé): picnic-perfect, the taste of endless summer. Try it slightly chilled.
